What are your typical lead times?

Can you make custom wheels with our own brand?
Yes — OEM/ODM is a core service. Custom designs, engraving, center caps, packaging and documentation are all available. We work under NDA and keep tooling exclusive to your program.
Which payment terms do you accept?

How do you ship internationally?
By sea, air freight for urgent samples, or door-to-door via our logistics partners. Every shipment includes full export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and test reports where required. <!-- TODO: confirm Incoterms offered & shipping partners -->
How do you guarantee quality?
Three layers: certified production systems (ISO9001), product certification (DOT, VIA, TÜV, JWL), and staged QC with 100% final inspection. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, or your own agent) is welcome before shipment.
Can you match specific PCD, offset and center bore requirements?
Yes. Our cast and flow formed lines offer a wide range of PCDs, offsets and center bores, including custom specs for OEM programs. Send us your fitment requirements and we'll confirm feasibility within 24 hours.
Do you support samples before bulk orders?
