Mercedes-Benz Wheel Fitment Guide for Aftermarket Alloy Wheels

A verified reference for Mercedes-Benz wheel fitment: PCD, center bore, bolt thread and verified OEM wheel, tire and ET configurations for the C-Class, E-Class and GLC. Built for distributors, importers and aftermarket buyers who need facts before they order.

Fitment Basics

Mercedes-Benz Fitment Basics

PCD (bolt pattern): the diameter of the circle through the lug holes. For the verified chassis below, the PCD is 5x112.

Center bore (CB): the hub opening diameter. The verified chassis below use a 66.6 mm hub.

Bolt thread: the thread spec of the OEM wheel bolts. The verified chassis below use M14x1.5.

Offset (ET): configuration-specific — each verified OEM wheel listing below shows its own ET. There is no single chassis-wide ET.

Understanding Mercedes-Benz PCD, Center Bore & Bolt Thread

The 5x112 bolt pattern is the verified pattern for the chassis in this guide.

The 66.6 mm center bore must be matched or correctly centered. Where an aftermarket wheel uses a larger center bore, the correct centering solution must be confirmed before installation.

The M14x1.5 bolt thread is the OEM specification for the verified chassis. Hardware, seat type and shank length are part of a complete fitment check.

Exact fitment always depends on the complete specification: size, width, offset, brake clearance, load requirement and vehicle trim.

Center bore note: Some wheel programs use a larger center bore. Where applicable, the correct centering solution must be confirmed before installation.

OEM vs Aftermarket

OEM Wheel Size vs Aftermarket Wheel Size

OEM wheel and ET configurations below come from verified official Mercedes-Benz complete-wheel listings. An aftermarket wheel with the same PCD and center bore is NOT automatically compatible — diameter, width, offset, brake clearance and load rating must each be checked against the specific vehicle and configuration.

Wheel Programs

5x112 Wheel Programs from AORUI

AORUI supplies 5x112 wheel programs for wholesale, OEM/ODM and private label projects. Current catalog options with 5x112 availability include AR-01, AR-04 and AR-05 (see the wheels by bolt pattern page for real specifications). These are available wheel program options — not a compatibility claim for any specific vehicle.

Custom wheel specifications are confirmed per project.

Engineering verification is available for your specific vehicle, wheel size, offset and application.

Final fitment must be confirmed for the specific vehicle, wheel size, offset, brake package and load requirement.

Safety First

Why Engineering Verification Matters

Wheels are a safety-critical component. A wheel that matches PCD and center bore on paper still needs verification of offset, brake clearance, load rating and mounting hardware for the exact vehicle configuration. We verify fitment per project and never publish a compatibility claim that has not been engineered and confirmed.

FAQ

Mercedes-Benz Wheel Fitment Questions

What is the Mercedes-Benz bolt pattern for these chassis?

The verified chassis in this guide (W206, W213, W214, X254) use a 5x112 bolt pattern with a 66.6 mm center bore and M14x1.5 wheel bolts.

Does 5x112 mean any 5x112 wheel fits a Mercedes-Benz?

No. Fitment depends on the complete specification — diameter, width, offset, center bore centering, brake clearance, load rating and mounting hardware. PCD alone never proves fitment.

Why do the ET values differ between configurations?

Each OEM wheel listing has its own verified ET for that specific wheel and tire package. Offset is configuration-specific — we confirm it per project with your vehicle details.

Can AORUI supply wheels for my Mercedes-Benz program?

We supply 5x112 wheel programs for wholesale and custom projects. Send us your vehicle model, chassis or VIN and target wheel size — we will review the specification before quotation.

Need a Wheel Fitment Check?
